PSD Refund Policy

If you have purchased one of our PSD templates and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you google the issue / popup within photoshop before contacting our team. PhotoShop is a readily supported platform and more often than not, there is an answer online and the issue is usually something small.

If, however, you find you are having an issue with the particular download – please get in touch with our support team and we can do our best to assist you.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product (being a digital download) we are unable to offer any form of a refund. This may include, but is not limited to: item not being as expected, slow download speed, identified fraudulent activities.

Terms of Usage

All of the products on this store are intended for either novelty or theatrical use, or to replace a lost or already existing document.

While it is not illegal to buy / sell or produce fake documents, use a fabricated document in the real world is fraud. This may include, but is not limited to, using the document to gain financial loans or to impersonate someone else. If we are under the belief an order is going to be used for fraudulent activities, the order will be cancelled and may not be refunded.

Fake Documents cannot be held accountable for any fraudulent usage of these documents. Ultimately, what you do with these documents is your responsibility and you may be liable for any consequences of misuse.
